Our offices are in a fantastic location in a WeWork skyscraper with a skydeck (top floor)[NOTE: If your LinkedIn location is NOT Bangalore, your application will be rejected] Role Description OFFICE-Based role in Bangalore not Remote or Hybrid (no remote interviews) This is a full-time ON-SITE role for a Senior User Interface Designer at FinTech AI Innovations. As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct user research, and translate findings into intuitive design solutions. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups, and work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a detail-oriented UI Designer - must have structured corporate experience of 3-5 years (3 years minimum) in a globally well-known Product/Consulting company ( this is mandatory )
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, specifically Figma (including Dev mode)
- Experience of leveraging AI tools like Midjourney, Veo 2, etc to deliver incredible visual experience
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing across Web, mobile (including foldables)
- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
