- Welding : Using TIG welding techniques to join metal components together
- Fabrication : Creating parts and components from blueprints or shop drawings
- Safety : Following safety policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe work environment
- Equipment : Setting up and maintaining welding equipment, and reporting malfunctions
- Quality : Inspecting materials and equipment to ensure they meet standards
- Communication : Collaborating with team members and reporting equipment issues
- Documentation : Logging job records and maintaining accurate job information
- Planning : Planning work order procedures and layouts
