Operations Executive

Operations Executive Job Description: We are looking to hire Operations Executives that will be closely working with the company’s operation department. Successful candidates will be provided with formal training on different fi nancial products & services across different departments on rotation basis during the probation period. We’re looking for someone who has strong organization skills. MS office software and has a team-based approach to working. This is a demanding position and is suitable for candidates who have the ability to work under pressure. Candidate should be flexible to work in Evening and Night Shifts. Responsibilities Include: ● Working with various departments for the smooth operations of the Company ● Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts ● Managing various clients reports and reconciliation Performing market research and ● Implementing strong Know Your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients. ● Preparation of back offi ce manuals, terms & conditions, contracts, procedures, policies and relevant disclaimers ● Establishing and maintaining working relationships with various payments vendors Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required. ● 2-3 years of relevant experience. ● Should have good written and verbal communication skills. ● Profi ciency in Microsoft Offi ce: Excel, Word. ● Strong attention to detail and a quick learner. ● Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
