We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our recruitment firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, developing and implementing HR strategies, and providing guidance on HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. 2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts, develop job descriptions, and ensure compliance with employment laws. 3. Employee Engagement and Retention: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, conduct employee satisfaction surveys, and develop retention strategies. 4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, provide training on performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies. 5. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations, handle employee complaints and grievances, and ensure compliance with employment laws. 6. HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting. 7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage HR budget, control costs, and ensure effective utilization of resources. Requirements: 1. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment firm or a similar industry. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3. Certifications: Professional certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are desirable. 4. Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to lead and manage teams. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.
