Sanaatan Law Partners Role Des > cription This is a full-time hybrid role for an Contracts Speciist-Associate Lawyer at Sanataan Law Partners in Gurugram. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for: ■ Mainly Drafting, negotiating and duly exciting various contracts for clients in Healthcare, Financial or Infrastructure services with minimal or not supervision. ■ Handling a variety of legal tasks and assisting senior lawyers with reviewing briefs and research points and explaining to senior lawyer to save their review time and drafting opinions. ■ Working with other seniors pr othwr team members of due deligence and compliance reciew mandates. The role offers flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities
• LLB degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• 3 years of prior experience of contracts drafting, legal research and opinions drafting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Attention to detail, organised work ethic and strong articulation skills.
