The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, setting KPIs, preparing reports, and ensuring the success of client campaigns. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle client relationships while driving team performance and results. Responsibilities & Duties
- Team Management : Lead and guide a social media team, ensuring efficient workflows and high performance while providing mentorship and feedback.
- Client Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their needs are met throughout campaigns.
- Strategy & KPI Setting : Develop social media strategies and set clear KPIs to align campaigns with client objectives and business goals.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and deliver reports on performance, engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Campaign Oversight : Oversee campaign execution, ensuring content meets client expectations, deadlines, and optimizes impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance strategies and outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar leadership role in a digital marketing or social media context.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience setting KPIs, tracking performance, and generating reports for clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Ability to provide strategic insights and optimize campaigns for performance.
