Paid Search Specialist – International Focus Location: Selam, India (In-office) / Coimbatore About Us Trademarkia is a global leader in trademark and intellectual property services, helping individuals and businesses protect their brands worldwide. We are expanding our digital reach into international markets, focusing on providing tailored experiences to clients across Canada, the UK, Australia, Poland, Mexico, and Europe. Role We are looking for an Econ/MBA Fresher to join our digital marketing team as a Paid Search Specialist with an international focus. No experience necessary, but you must have strong academic credentials. You will be mentored and trained by our lead Paid Search Engineer, who has successfully managed multimillion-dollar annual budgets for Trademarkia. He works from Salem, India, which is why this role is based in Salem. In addition to learning the ropes of large-scale paid advertising, you will help establish our new office in Salem and support the growth of our local team. We plan to hire 3–4 additional team members to collaborate with you and our lead Paid Search Engineer. This is an entry-level opportunity offering a competitive monthly base salary of INR 50,000 for the first 6 months, with potential for career advancement as you gain experience. This role requires working closely with diverse international teams and markets, making cultural adaptability and global collaboration essential. This position offers exciting growth potential, including opportunities to work in our global offices in Poland, the United States, Latin America, and South Africa for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Office Setup & Team Collaboration
- Assist our lead Paid Search Engineer in setting up a functional local office in Salem.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and new hires to ensure a smooth operational environment.
- Learn how to set up and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, from keyword research to writing ad copy.
- Perform ongoing optimization tasks such as bid adjustments, negative keyword management, and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign data—CTR, CPC, conversion rates—and compile performance reports for internal reviews.
- Use Excel and Google Analytics to track trends, pinpoint improvement areas, and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Stay informed on global digital marketing trends and competitive landscapes.
- Suggest strategies to reach diverse audiences across various international markets, under the guidance of our lead engineer.
- Receive hands-on training from our lead Paid Search Engineer, who has extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
- Participate in regular 1:1 sessions and team meetings to develop your paid search expertise.
- MBA, Master’s/Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, International Business, or Advertising.
- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, but strong academic credentials are required.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic statistical concepts.
- Eagerness to develop advanced analytical skills and learn industry-standard reporting tools.
- Genuine interest in paid search, performance marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Some familiarity with Google Ads or Google Analytics is a plus (certifications are beneficial but not mandatory).
- Keen interest in cross-border advertising strategies and international market trends.
- Ready to adapt quickly to new technologies, platforms, and cultural contexts.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both local and remote team members.
- Comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions, and presenting insights during team discussions.
