Company Description Lunaer is a D2C Fragrance startup based out of New Delhi, focused on delivering high-quality luxury perfumes at competitive prices. The company's products are available on platforms like Nykaa and Myntra. LUNAER is looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager with 1-2 years of experience in D2C industry Role Description
- Order Confirmation, Processing and Deliveries
- Learn and understand the system interventions for order processing, Ensures building inventory metrics with best in class quality metrics, Responsible for the overall Quality, Productivity and Delivery performance of Outbound Operations, Helps in Order confirmations and reduction in RTO
- POC for Shipping Aggregators
- Serve as a POC for Bluedart, Shiprocket for managing the pricing, invoicing, remittances and ensures timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- POC for Marketplaces
- POC for Myntra, Nykaa and other marketplaces to manage listings, PO, deliveries, invoicing and remittances and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Catalogue Management
- Maintain and update the product catalogue (all marketplaces), ensuring all information is accurate and current. Overseeing the addition of new products and ensuring timely updates of discounts
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Understanding product performance and customer needs on different marketplaces and reporting them to Marketing, Sales team.
- Tracking invoicing and remittances and of shipping aggregators and marketplaces and reporting them to Finance team
- Experience in a high growth operations-based D2C E-commerce startup
- Experience in operations management, process improvement, and quality assurance
- High sense of ownership and a penchant for excellence
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
