Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Manifest Hospitality in the Greater Delhi Area. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications
- Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Receptionist Duties experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
