We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and guidance to individuals and families throughout the home loan process. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our support team. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a strong background in accounting, finance, or banking. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in the Australian mortgage industry and possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. As a Loan Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our Australian Mortgage Broker team, ensuring smooth processing of home loan applications and other related tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for home loan applications, including data entry, document preparation, and loan processing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and providing updates in a professional manner.
  • Assist in reviewing and verifying financial documents to ensure compliance with Australian mortgage lending standards.
  • Work closely with Australian mortgage brokers to ensure timely submission of loan applications and supporting documents.
  • Manage and organize client records and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, home loan products, and Australian mortgage regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance team efficiency.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: A background in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field is required.
  • Experience:
  • Ideally, prior experience in a mortgage broker firm or in the Australian home loan sector (highly preferred).
  • Experience in working remotely or with Australian clients is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with CRM or mortgage software (desired).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working early morning hours to align with Australian business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST or as per Australian team requirements) Monday to Saturday.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
