Job Title: Manager - Events and Partnerships Location: Remote Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven leader to generate B2B leads through event planning and partnerships, focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new business and building lasting partnerships. Job Duties:
- Event Strategy & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and manage industry events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person), including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and roundtable discussions, to drive B2B lead generation and brand awareness in the US.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key organizations and industry leaders to drive business growth. Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and collaborate with internal teams to maximize the impact of partnerships.
- Lead Generation: Leverage events and partnerships to generate high-quality leads for our sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients in the US market.
- Market Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, industry events, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform event strategies and partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key event organizers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure continued growth and success of partnership and event initiatives.
- Budget & ROI Management: Manage event and partnership budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality results. Track and report on the ROI of events and partnerships to demonstrate value to the business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment in messaging and a seamless approach to customer acquisition.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in events, partnerships, or business development in a B2B environment, with specific experience in the US market. Prior experience in the services industry is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership with a result-oriented approach.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and partnerships simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
