A Listing Agent/Coordinator at a real estate firm is an administrative role which assists the Real Estate team with all aspects of the sale of a home. Generally, the Listing Coordinator is responsible for researching and gathering accurate property information, creating contracts with accurate financial/legal information, creating and publishing real estate listings, scheduling showings and open houses, and collecting, organizing, and delivering feedback from other agents and potential buyers. Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have work experience in CRM systems and other portals.
- Responsible for sales and leasing availability list and prices, updating the listings on CRM, portals, and database accordingly.
- Publish and promote property listings on various online channels such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, refreshing twice a day.
- Responsible for updating all listings on the CRM and portals with the correct information and prices to ensure that the quality score of all listings is always 100%.
- Ensure that all listings and data are entered accurately on the CRM; coordinate with the Marketing Department for requirements related to campaigns.
- Consult and coordinate with the Marketing Team for all property photos and access requirements; upload all property photos from Owners/Landlords and marketing photo shoots, and organize the property details which include photo, floor plan, title deed, and ID.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Should be flexible, able to multi-task, and adapt to ever-changing business needs.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
