Captain Waiter

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
2. Lead and supervise the waitstaff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service standards.
3. Take and process orders efficiently, providing recommendations on menu items and beverage pairings.
4. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
6. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment.
8. Assist in training new team members and fostering a positive work environment.

1. Preferably Turkish nationality, with a strong understanding of Turkish culture and cuisine.
2. Proven experience as a Captain Waiter or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
