Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational assets and personnel.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies tailored to specific threats.
  3. Oversee the training and development of security staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle emergencies effectively.
  4. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.
  5. Monitor and analyze security systems and surveillance equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues or breaches.
  6. Conduct investigations into security incidents, compiling detailed reports and providing actionable insights for improvement.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends, regulations, and technologies to enhance security measures continually.
  8. Manage security budgets, optimizing resources while ensuring the highest level of protection for the organization.
  9. Lead regular security audits and drills to assess the effectiveness of security protocols and readiness of personnel.
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries and incident reports, fostering a culture of safety across the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in security management or a related field, with a proven track record.
  3. Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or CPO (Certified Protection Officer) are highly desirable.
  4. Experience in a high-security environment, such as corporate, government, or critical infrastructure sectors.
  5. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for diverse work environments.
  6. Strong technical skills in security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, are crucial.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and managing teams under pressure.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective risk assessment and incident response.
  10. Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations, demonstrating physical and mental resilience.
