Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Network Lead with expertise in both traditional networking and cloud networking technologies to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of network services to our clients, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network troubleshooting, implementation, and support, as well as experience managing cloud-based network solutions. The Technical Network Lead will be responsible for maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end delivery of network services to clients, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, maintenance, and support. Performing Level 3 network support and troubleshooting on both cloud and on-prem. Working on and supporting global network projects from planning to hands-on implementation. Providing technical leadership for network services, guiding the network team and clients. Designing and managing cloud-based network solutions using platforms such as AWS and Azure. Building and maintaining strong relationships with network service providers and vendors. Overseeing the resolution of network incidents and conducting root cause analyses. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the network team. Experience & Education Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline. 5+ years of technical hands-on networking support. 5+ years of leading and managing teams. 5+ years of IT operational delivery support. 5+ years of Customer Service and Leadership experience. 2+ years of experience in migrating on-premises workloads to the public cloud. Technical Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of infrastructure and networking. Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud and on-prem networking. Experience in managing people and tasks. Experience in successfully deploying networking in cloud and traditional environments. Experience in ITIL disciplines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision-making and operational skills. Self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently.
