Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Engineer Location: Riyadh Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level Sada Thalate, a leading IT solutions provider, is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh! If you have experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions and are passionate about driving digital transformation, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and more. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including integrations. Provide expertise on ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications: ️ 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Engineer or similar role. ️ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or SecOps. ️ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies for ServiceNow development. ️ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and ITIL frameworks. ️ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
