Job Description

Contribute to the design and implementation of NEOM HWB Authority strategic objectives and goals by developing an excellence approach to policy, standard setting and the execution of the HWB Law and regulations. Use standards to drive up quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of responsibility. Develop the policy and standard setting for outcome-based care and the system for clinical and cost evaluation of evidence-based guidelines, ensuring this includes the regulatory approach to evidence based guidelines, working in collaboration with:

1. Healthcare Coverage and Pricing
2. Health Insurance
3. Therapeutic Goods sections of the HWB Authority
4. HW Company

Develop and implement the policy for complaints management, investigation and improvement. In addition, develop and oversee the escalation process for complaints where it has not been possible to resolve at a local healthcare provider level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
