Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promoting the general well-being of students.
- Working with outside agencies to provide support to the school.
- Offering mentoring and suggestions for teachers and other school personnel.
- Developing and providing crisis intervention strategies to improve student success.
- Working to maximize coping skills for students in difficult situations.
- Inspecting transport vehicles, ensuring their safety, and checking to see if they need maintenance work.
- Organising and scheduling transport staff shifts.
- Conducting risk assessments of transport systems.
- Organising training and development days for staff and students.
- Assisting students with academic learning.
