Principal Consultant - Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (BY TMS) - IrelandCompany: ITL IrelandRequisition ID: 127329BRRole: Principal ConsultantSkill: Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (BY TMS)Location: IrelandJob Description:As a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal in problem definition and discovery of the overall solution, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. As a thought leader, you will be the key advisor in architecture and design reviews, and you will lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.Responsibilities:Anchor engagement efforts for business process consulting and solution design.Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.Provide technical leadership to project teams.Define and document solutions, capturing non-functional requirements.Collaborate with multiple teams to make technical and tactical decisions.Facilitate fit/gap analysis and prepare training related to Supply Planning processes.Develop and test Custom BY TMS programs to support data conversions and interfaces.Manage BY Support Tickets and resolve internal bugs of the system.Ensure designs adhere to architectural roadmap and support application operations.Design and develop POCs for customers on preferred solutions.Required Qualifications:BY TMS Experience in TM, TP, TMOD, and logistics procurement.Strong knowledge of APIs for integration with external applications.Experience in EDI integrations and Rail Integrations.Exceptional communication skills and business & IT stakeholder management.Knowledge of architectural design patterns and performance tuning.Strong Retail Functional Knowledge.Experience in multiple BY TMS application versions.Debug and resolve a variety of issues by reading through trace files.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Windows/Unix environment.Experience in PL/SQL programming.Experience with Oracle databases - SQL queries and stored procedures.Strong conceptual understanding in Supply Chain Planning and Optimization.Prior experience in leading implementation teams.Personal Attributes:High analytical skills and flexibility.High customer orientation and quality awareness.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.About Infosys:Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, enabling clients in 56 countries to navigate their digital transformation.All aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence, and performance.
