You will invest in your career and make impactful contributions.Key Responsibilities:Within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform, you will work at the center of the data-driven enterprise, supporting about 40 squads across four areas:Governance PlatformData PlatformAnalytics PlatformOnboarding & SupportAs a Solution Architect, you will help coach teams and design solutions that support Rabobank's staff.Technical Skills:Data Integration: Experience with data integration tools and platforms, particularly Snowflake.AI and Privacy Governance: Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, AI-Act).Security: Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.Architecture Design: Proficiency in designing scalable, reliable, and secure IT architectures.Programming and Scripting: Skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and possibly others relevant to your tech stack.Soft Skills:Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.Leadership: Ability to lead or guide projects and mentor junior team members.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business requirements.Experience:Relevant Work Experience: Several years of experience in IT architecture, particularly in cloud environments.Project Management: Experience managing large-scale IT projects from inception to completion.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the banking, privacy and security industry, also in the context of AI governance.Education and Certifications:A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), AI Governance Professional (AIGP).Application Process:Reply to the vacancy for Senior Solution Architect - AI & Privacy Governance at Rabobank.Interviews will be conducted through video calls.You can find answers to frequently asked questions on rabobank.jobs/nl/veelgestelde-vragen.A screening is part of the process.We respect your privacy.Due to the holidays, our availability is limited.
