- 接聽熱線查詢，解答客人有關銀行服務或產品的查詢
- 跟進客人意見或投訴
入職要求
- 具備半年或以上工作經驗為佳
- 以禮對待，守時及持認真工作態度
- 良好溝通技巧及能於壓力下工作
- 能操流利廣東話，英語及普通話者優先取錄
- 歡迎應屆畢業生
