Responsibilities
- Responsible for connecting with potential and existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales targeting strategies and product plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential KOLs.
- Manage documentation and allocation of goods.
- Skilled in managing multiple people and prioritizing tasks.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated track record (2-3 years preferred) in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of sales strategies and bargaining tactics.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and motivated by achieving outcomes.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Excellent at troubleshooting and readily adaptable.
- Openness to occasional travel requirements.
- Effective under pressure and excels in dynamic settings.
- Candidate with proficiency in Chinese and Malay language will be prioritized.
