- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning; manage store inventory to ensure sufficient product supply and timely replenishment; monitor sales performance and develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Manage and develop the store to enhance brand image and sales performance.
- Train and manage store employees to ensure the team delivers high-quality customer service; create work schedules, manage attendance, and conduct performance evaluations; motivate and guide team members to maintain positivity and efficiency.
- Ensure the store provides exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and issues; understand customer needs and offer personalized shopping experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop promotional activities and sales strategies; monitor competitors to ensure the store's market competitiveness; assist in executing brand promotion activities to enhance brand market influence.
- Manage the store's budget and expenses to ensure cost control within reasonable limits; handle daily cash registers, account reconciliation, and store financial reporting.
- Ensure product displays meet brand standards and maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics; manage store equipment maintenance to ensure a comfortable and safe store environment.
- Act as a liaison between the store and company headquarters to ensure the effective implementation of company policies and directives within the store; regularly report store operations and sales performance to headquarters.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to develop a loyal customer base; collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and product offerings.
- Ensuring the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and remains profitable.
- Fostering a positive work environment and strong team collaboration.
- Building long-term customer relationships and enhancing customer loyalty through excellent service and CRM management.
- Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail management best practices and principles.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility as a store manager.
