Product Filed Application Engineer

Job title: Product Filed Application Engineer Job Location: Klang, Selangor, Malaysia Responsibilities

1. Address application issues related to semiconductor testing and provide technical training on customer testing applications.
2. Support the after-sales team in resolving product application issues and addressing technical challenges encountered by customers, ensuring smooth product operation at client sites.
3. Provide technical application support to after-sales and marketing teams, including conducting training on product application knowledge and skills to facilitate product sales and promotion.
4. Translate factory documents from Chinese to English (translation tasks account for less than 20% of the workload).
5. Maintain strong proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

1. Proficient in analog and digital circuits with demonstrated circuit analysis skills.
2. Familiar with C programming; candidates with relevant work experience are preferred.
3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to travel extensively to Southeast Asian countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.
5. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with proficiency in report writing and presentations.
