- Programming Experience : Prior programming experience is a MUST (e.g., school, boot camps, or self-learning).
- Intelligence : Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Programming Talent : Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architecture.

- Paid Assessment : After passing our initial interview, undergo a rigorous, paid assessment to showcase your skills.
