QA with PM

What You'll Do:

• Test for Quality: Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing on web applications, with special focus on Shopify.
• Automate Tests: Utilize Selenium, Cypress, or other tools to automate tests (bonus if you have automation experience!).
• Manage Projects: Lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects with 1+ year of PM experience.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Manage Risk & Issues: Identify and resolve project risks and blockers, ensuring goals are met on time.
• Work in Agile/Waterfall: Be agile! Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies will be key to success.
• Remote Teamwork: Thrive in a distributed team environment, collaborating with global teams.

• Collect & Manage Feedback: Gather feedback, manage client requirements, and adapt to evolving needs.

• 2+ years of software testing experience (functional, regression, smoke, UAT).
• Experience with Shopify and web application testing.
• 1+ year in Project Management: Leading teams, managing timelines, and keeping projects on track.
• Test Automation Knowledge: Familiar with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or other automation tools.
• Project Management Tools: Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana.
• Agile & Waterfall: You know the ins and outs of both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong Communicator: Ability to clearly communicate with teams, clients, and stakeholders (fluent English required).
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems.
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working with distributed teams and resolving conflicts in a team setting.
• Tools Knowledge: Experience with Miro, Figma, and basic business analysis documentation.
