We're Hiring: Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Philippines-Based, Remote) About Us: 310 Nutrition LLC is a leading health and wellness brand, generating millions in monthly revenue through Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok. We help people live healthier lives with our premium nutritional products, and our success thrives on exceptional customer engagement and retention. As we expand into global markets, we’re looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to take ownership of designing, executing, and optimizing retention strategies. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work with tools like Klaviyo, PostPilot, Triple Whale, and Black Crow to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys at scale. What You’ll Do:- Retention Strategies: Build customer journeys using email, SMS, and direct mail to boost retention and LTV.
- Segmentation: Develop micro-segmented profiles to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with creatives, developers, and brand managers to execute campaigns.
- Optimization: Regularly test campaigns and analyze metrics (churn, LTV, engagement) to refine strategies.
- Tools Mastery: Use or quickly learn tools like Klaviyo, PostPilot, and Black Crow to streamline workflows.
- 3+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or email marketing.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar tools) and familiarity with PostPilot, Black Crow, or Triple Whale.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.
- A strong grasp of personalized, data-driven marketing and customer segmentation.
- Collaborative, innovative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

- Collaborate with a talented global team (Philippines, Europe, and U.S.).
