Job Title: Purchaser Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description: The Purchaser will be responsible for managing the procurement process for MEP related materials, equipment, and services for ongoing and upcoming DIEZ projects. This includes processing of Material Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Purchase Returns, and adhering to the budgets and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and services.
- Procure MEP materials, equipment, and hardware for projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, specifications, and budget constraints.
- Check all ex-stock availability in central stores and sub-divisional stores prior to ordering.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment, material, and systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve any procurement-related issues.
- Handle all project material inquiries.
- Prepare LPO based on final quotation approved by the Managing Director.
- Process Material Requisition, Purchase Return, and Good Receipt Note through ERP system.
- Submit original certified Supplier Invoices and Delivery Orders to Finance Department.
- Prepare Subcontract Agreements as required.
- Coordinate with Project Storekeepers and Central Storekeeper.
- Participate in Annual Inventory Stock Taking.
- Prior experience as a Purchaser handling all MEP materials.
- Proficiency in ERP software with emphasis on purchasing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Able to manage complex projects independently from inception to execution.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and keep track of important and urgent projects.
- Able to make decisions by analyzing risks from all aspects.
- Adhere to company Procurement & Compliance Policies and processes.
- Must be multi-tasking and organized.

- Leave Travel Allowance of AED 1,650/- per annum as per Grade 8
- Sick Leave and Annual Leave as per Federal Law No 33 of 2021
