Job Title: Security Lead - Cavan, Ireland

An experienced Team Lead is required to oversee the day-to-day operation of security services across our client's contract.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and manage the development of security personnel.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adhere to Site Service Level Agreement and Services Specification.
• Authorize staff absences, liaise with employees and monitor site activities.

Requirements:

• Valid PSA Licence.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Administration and clerical skills.
• Full driving licence.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) and Friday (8:00 am - 3:30 pm). The estimated salary for this role is approximately €45,000 per annum, based on industry standards for similar positions in the region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
