We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Director, USPB Risk - Independent Assurance & Controls - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Risk Reporting Sr Officer II - C15 ) based in Singapore. The Risk Reporting Sr Officer II is a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in their field and adapts them for application within their job and the business. Recognized subject matter expert within one area, strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication is typically required. Provides advanced judgment and conducts in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions. Required to think beyond existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas. Significant impact on a function and/or the business through making decisions that determine technical approaches and strategies for the area. In this role, you're expected to: Contribute to the analysis and preparation of reports for Internal Management, Regulators, Auditors, etc. that detail risks inherent in Credit, Market, Operational or other Risk Portfolios. Assist in Credit Bureau Reporting initiatives. Participate in preparing regular and time-sensitive ad-hoc deliverables to the regulators and senior management, closely working with industry and regional senior portfolio managers. Establish and implement policy and strategy for the Business. Engage with all aspects of lending including Strategy, Product, Credit Risk Management, Collections, Underwriting, Independent Risk, and others to fulfill the mission of managing risk. Lead and perform analytics that support risk policies and strategies. Work closely with key partners to support and advance their projects being developed. Support other projects within UCAR on behalf of the DM space. Set technical direction of technical areas that are key to the business. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
