Roles & Responsibilities: Have ownership on the execution of assigned projects, deliverables, schedule and budget. Conduct handover/kickoff meetings with all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of assigned roles, responsibilities, tasks and expectations. Develop project schedule and identify critical milestones. Identify possible risk and aid in the development of mitigation plan(s), to manage impact on schedule and budget Conduct necessary meetings with stakeholders to review progress on all tasks. Handle Internal / External reporting of project progress. Clear understanding of customer acceptance of deliverables. Maintain proper records of change requests, agreed action plan, schedule and cost impact. Sourcing, facilitate and manage any 3rd party vendor/supplier within scope of work. Tasked to oversee the execution and fulfilment of the local engineered solution, standard systems and/or order scope that includes installation, configuration and commissioning within project scope and budget. Ensure compliance to all internal/external Environmental, Health and Safety requirements. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering discipline or any relevant field. Preferably with 3 years of experience in execution of customer project orders. Ability to interpret technical and commercial documents, specifications, regulatory standards, and technical manuals. Ability to work independently with consistent monitoring on progress and follow up on outstanding items. Relevant experience in Factory and Logistic Automation industry is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a plus. Traveling for overseas project if needed. Need to be able to perform site installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
