This is an entry/junior level HR generalist role with responsibilities such as recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR policies, internal communication, and employee engagement. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition Support Manage campus recruitment for internship roles. Assist in recruitment processes such as interview arrangements. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to enhance our talent pipeline. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to recruitment. Process monthly payroll. Consolidate attendance records, leave records, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy of payroll processing. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and assist in resolving issues. Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations. Attend to queries related to benefits. Employee Engagement Involved in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive workplace culture. Collect feedback from employees through surveys. Administrative HR Maintain employee records, update HRIS databases, and prepare HR documents such as reports, letters, and employment contracts. Handle work pass related matters and internal communications to employees, responding to MOM surveys. Assist in the offboarding process of leaving employees. Support ad-hoc HR projects, initiatives, and related matters as assigned. Who You Are Diploma/Degree in Human Resources. Experience in payroll processing is required (Good to have recruitment experience). Well organized with a high level of accountability, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Good knowledge of MOM employment law and work pass regulations in Singapore. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
