Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives. Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals. Provide training and professional development to sales team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure team alignment with company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded through effective pipeline management. Explore and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and market analysis. Ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies. Strong network in the industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
