Job details

The position is responsible to analyze, review and report on the end-to-end processes on SAP in accordance with policies, procedures, industry best practices and governmental laws and regulations. Responsibilities :

  1. Identify areas of compliance with company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, etc.
  2. Conduct functional analyses and reviews including Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, HR & Payroll, Commercial and Cost Control to identify areas of non-compliance and advise mitigations to address non-compliance.
  3. Investigate reports with compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
  4. Communicate non-compliance with respective departments and ensure corrective actions are complied with.
  5. Ensure tracking tools are maintained and that these are sufficient to act as an audit trail for the purposes of internal or other audits/investigations.
  6. Advise and create process and system improvements based on investigations and observations.
  7. Monitor standards that ensure that all records and documents are maintained according to policies and procedures.
  8. Follow up on recommendations for non-compliance in relation to the timeframe for implementation.
  9. Monitor performance by updating performance scorecard issuance monthly.
  10. Plan and coordinate training on compliance matters as required and recommended.
  11. Notify policy custodians of any suggested changes to improve policies and procedures. Review new draft policies and procedures to identify significant compliance weaknesses.
  12. Keep updated on changes in regulations, legislation, policies and procedures that may affect the organization and compliance reviews.
Educational requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in related course
  2. Master's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/ related course or Business Administration
Experience :
  1. Minimum 10-15 years of total experience.
  2. Minimum 5-8 years in the industry.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years in the GCC.
Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Knowledge, understanding and experience in supply chain, finance and accounting, HR and payroll, cost control and commercial processes, fraud and compliance.
  2. Knowledge and understanding in risk and compliance management.
  3. Knowledge and understanding on planning, material master data, material consumption, inventory management, etc.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems in private and public sector.
  5. Knowledge and understanding of vendor sourcing and management.
  6. Knowledge of logistics and warehousing management.
  7. Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems which includes planning, procurement, procure-to-pay process, warehousing and logistics suites.
  8. Demonstrated skills in MS Office Suites, presentation, communication (verbal and written) and analysis.
  9. Competencies related to data analytics and data analytical software.
  10. Experience with SAP and SAP data tables.
