The Zesty AI-driven platform automatically adjusts cloud resources in real-time based on the application needs, supporting optimal cloud usage and a dramatic reduction in spending.As the Partners & Alliances Manager for Europe (EMEA) region, you will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships across both the Channel Partner and Alliance ecosystem. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Zesty sales, partner sales, alliances, customer success, and marketing. This role reports to the Head of WW Partners & Alliances based out of the U.S.How you will make an impactDrive revenue growth through Channel Partners, Cloud and Technology Alliance Partners by developing strong relationships, prioritizing co-sell activities, and increasing new customer acquisition through engagement, enablement, and joint GTM activities.Identifying and onboarding new channel partners will be a key element of the job, as well as the ability to collaborate with AWS, and future public cloud providers (Azure & GCP).Establish direct lines of communication between Channel Partners & Cloud Alliances, and Zesty sales, accelerating opportunity engagement and deal closure.Lead the development and execution of content creation, joint marketing campaigns, including webinars and events.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.Facilitate internal training so our teams are well equipped to engage with partners and jointly provide high customer value.Track, manage, and report on KPIs to measure engagement success.RequirementsWhat you will bring to the tableStrong understanding of the Channel and Cloud services, solutions, and the partner ecosystem, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.5+ years Channel, SaaS and/or Alliances experience with ISVs and Reseller channelsProven ability to develop and execute strategic partner plans driving measurable results and business impact.Demonstrable experience in scaling and growing new and existing partnership ecosystems by developing, negotiating, and closing partner dealsBuilder mindset, comfortable sharing ideas, trying new approaches and is focused on achieving team and company short and long-term goalsStrong ability to drive execution of strategic initiatives and tacticsWhy is it exciting to be a Zester?At Zesty, we're a team of driven, forward-thinkers passionate about pushing the boundaries of cloud optimization.
