MUST have high volume experience to apply.I'm currently working with a small but thriving hospitality company in London that's on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager. They're seeking a true "unicorn" talent to join their team, someone who will grow alongside the business and help elevate their already successful sites. The initial position is as a General Manager Designate, with a clear path to take on a site management role in the near future.They are all about creating fantastic drinks and serving them in a fun, feel-good, and welcoming environment! Think of a cool venue, with events, music, food, drinks, and so much going on from day to day to week to week; this is a creative business.The Ideal General Manager will have:Previous wet bed Bar/Venue Management experience - events experience is a big bonus.Current experience as General Manager in a dynamic, high-volume environment - 3 years' experience.P&L knowledge and awareness.Strong cocktail knowledge and passion.Strong financial understanding.A fun, hands-on, and confident personality!
