A large Company is looking for a General Manager to provide a service to a fast-moving manufacturing Client. Key Responsibilities: 18 million Budget control. Union engagement is essential. Commercial Experience. Building relationships with the team. Achievement of operational performance as defined by customer contract and KPIs. Achievement of financial targets. Customer satisfaction. Team member satisfaction (annual survey). Health & Safety Record. Strong relationships with customers at all levels. Business Excellence. Organic Growth. Internal and External audits/accreditation. Delivery of customer and Scorecard. Successful model year and change programmes. Qualifications: Manufacturing Retail background essential. 5 years Experience. Educated to university degree level or equivalent professional qualifications. The role is within a fast-moving manufacturing environment with a very demanding customer.
