Responsibilities

1. Draft and review business contracts to ensure they comply with company policies and legal regulations.
2. Assess contract risks and propose strategies for effective risk mitigation.
3. Resolve issues or disputes that arise during the contract period and offer viable solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract implementation and effective commercial management.
5. Engage in negotiations and execute commercial and contractual plans to protect the company's interests.
6. Oversee contract performance and generate reports for senior management.
7. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Adapt to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
2. More than five years of experience in contract management, preferably in large-scale corporations.
3. A proven track record in managing Data Center infrastructure projects and large-scale construction contracts.
4. A solid understanding of contract law, tendering processes, and negotiation strategies.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with strong organizational and contract management capabilities.
6. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua, both written and spoken.
