What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting teaching and learning within a busy classroom setting, helping children with diverse needs
• Safeguarding children and fostering their emotional well-being and social development
• Assisting with whole-class activities and leading small group interventions to accelerate student progress
• Collaborating with teachers to create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
• Maintaining a safe, positive learning space that encourages all learners to reach their potential

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Hold GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above
• Have previous childcare experience, preferably with an NVQ Level 3 Qualification
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to connect positively with children and adults
• Display a proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to the well-being and progress of every child
