Management Accountant

Robert Half have exclusively partnered with a well-known British brand based in North Bristol to recruit a project accountant to join them ASAP. This role has been created due to recent growth. Duration: 6 months (Fixed term contract) Start date: Early January 2025 Salary range: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Hybrid working: 3 days on site, 2 remote. You will be responsible for:

• Work with department heads to build monthly forecast on orders, revenue, earnings & cash.
• Variance analysis on performance against forecast and plan.
• Partner with finance leads with numerous business units
• Understand financial performance levers to drive outcomes to align with forecast.
• Support in development on the long-term business plan (5 years) on orders, revenue, earnings & cash
• Investment evaluation and business cases to drive decision-making.
• Partner with the systems team to optimise the tools and drive process improvements.
