Executive, Gateway Operations Export, Hong Kong Hub, Starbroker

Work Location: Tsing Yi/ Airport Area Responsibilities:

1. Prepares, controls, updates, and distributes all required documents regarding consolidation and deconsolidation at gateway level complying with regulations and standard procedures.
2. Coordinate with other team members or departments for the whole gateway business.
3. Communicate and liaise with customer service, product and global service centers to ensure the timely and accurate shipment process.
4. Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirement.

1. Form 5 or DSE equivalent qualification.
2. Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
3. Proficient in PC operations, e.g. Ms Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. Willing to perform shift duty, 6 days' work.
6. Immediate availability is an advantage.
