Tax Partner About the Company Top-tier CPA firm Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Tax Partner with a strong background in real estate limited partnerships, C and S corps, fiduciary, and high net worth individual tax. The ideal candidate will have a current CPA license, with a JD or a Master's degree in tax being a plus. The role requires extreme technical competency in taxation, particularly in individual, real estate partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax areas. Familiarity with California and multi-state tax rules, as well as experience with Lacerte and BNA tax preparation software, is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and occasionally preparing complex tax returns, and while the ability to generate new business is not mandatory, it is a valued skill.

Applicants for the Tax Partner position at the company should be seasoned tax professionals with at least 10 years of experience and a strong interest in supporting the entrepreneurial goals of the firm. The role demands a multi-tasker with excellent writing skills, strong leadership in staff training and mentoring, and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
