For our growing business in Hong Kong, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist who speaks Chinese, lives in Hong Kong, and has experience in the construction equipment field. Our Requirements:
  • Familiar with local market, construction machinery knowledge on priority or Heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, Aerial Work Machinery, Mining. Diploma and Bachelor Degree or above in marketing, Engineer major mechanical, electrical or international business.
  • Strong self-motivation, confidence, highly trouble-shooting, coordinating capacity and be able to work in multinational and multicultural environment.
  • Driving License.
Your responsibilities: Customer Acquisition:
  • Identify and connect with potential customers.
  • Present company products/services effectively.
  • Use various channels (phone, email, social media, meetings) to engage customers.
Customer Relationship Building:
  • Maintain regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Track progress and report sales results.
  • Analyze outcomes to refine strategies.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Spot new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide market insights to the marketing team.
Offers & Negotiations:
  • Craft tailored sales offers for customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals per company policy.
Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing on promotions.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment with customer service.
  • Share insights and strategies in sales meetings.
Skills Development:
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Stay current with the latest sales trends and innovations.
