Apply locations: Hong Kong Time type: Full time Posted on: Posted 2 Days Ago Job requisition id: JR001285 Position Description The role will be responsible for supporting portfolio management, deal sourcing, working closely with various regional funds. Your focus will be on the Healthcare/ Modern Services/ AI-Tech sector. This position is full time and based in Hong Kong. Key Areas of Responsibilities- Information collection and analysis: Gather information in support of understanding and analyzing a particular industry and/or a targeted company from public/private sources, analyze information in depth and summarize the findings.
- Documentation preparation: Participate in due diligence, prepare internal investment review documents, support team to develop financial analysis including valuation models.
- Coordination with other departments: Communicate with other departments effectively for internal compliance, make good use of resources and information available to support team’s deal proceeding and decision-making.
- Execute supporting work: Assist in portfolio company monitoring and other daily work.
- 4-6 years working experience in well-known PE platforms or investment banks.
- Postgraduates, MBA or PhD graduates from top-notch domestic and overseas universities in Computer Science, Engineering, Medical, Biology, Chemistry or Financial majors preferred.
- Excellent academic achievement and strong analysis and learning ability.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin with good Chinese pitchbook writing skill.
- Strong passion for private equity industry with focus in Healthcare and AI industry.
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Analyst.
