- Assisting customers with technical problems
- Preparing and following up on technical proposals for customers
- Redacting technical documentation
- Supporting technical and application needs of the Business Development team in sales & marketing materials
- 3+ years of technical experience in the robotic industry.
- Experience in project management
- Experience in customer service
- Comfortable with technical subjects
- Knowledge of programming logic is a plus
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly
- Language: English, level C1, and additional languages are a strong advantage
