Job details

  • Familiar with PCB processes and capable of proposing solutions to common issues.
  • Able to independently analyse the causes of quality issues and compile technical reports.
  • Promote company products and assist customers in establishing process parameters.
  • Provide technical support at customer sites.
  • Analyse quality issues and determine responsibility while proposing improvement plans.
  • Assist with departmental management tasks.
  • Must be able to travel either overseas or within Malaysia upon request.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in PCB related fields, e.g., Process Engineer, Research & Development, Project Management, New Product Introduction.
  • Added advantage: Familiar with PCB’s material processes (CCL, PP, Fiber Glass, etc.).
  • Good verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Able to undergo training in China for at least 3 months (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket, and Work Visa Application provided).
