- Possess at least Diploma or higher education preferably in Sport & Management, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor or in similar role.
- Familiar with manufacturing environment.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach.
- Good problem-solving skills.
