Business Development Manager (SEA Market)

Working based in Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok, in charge of all the SEA market. Ability to travel and coordinate the business in the region. Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain dealerships and partners in the market, and provide project support (such as product training, project proposals, business negotiations, etc.).
  2. Contact Designers and architects, Interior Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Project Management Companies (PMCs), and new Corporate entities to get the company/products pre-qualified for mega projects and complete the vendor registration process.
  3. Reach out & complete the customer leads on strategic projects (Fortune Global 500 & Landmark projects preferred) according to the department's overall goals.
  4. Coordinate with the estimation & design team to choose the best furniture product/solution as per the client’s demand and provide the best price proposal to clients’ inquiries.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of sales experience in office furniture or interior/Fit-out design industries in the SEA market.
  2. Rich resources and relationships of A&Ds, Interior Consultants, Contractors; Developers, and Project Management Companies (PMCs) in the region.
  3. Ability to organize events like designer salons, ceremonies, and brand conferences.
  4. Great project proposal-making and presentation skills.
  5. Proficient in English.
