Job Summary Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organisation (or lines of business and brands within an organisation) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Responsibilities Marketing Direction and Strategies
- Strategize and ideate marketing campaign strategies and rollouts, aligning with Company Values, product requirements and industry trends.
- Provide direction based on thorough understanding of the macro-environments and consumer behavior.
- Formulate overall product strategies and drive usage and retention through differentiated marketing initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive campaign roadmaps and integrated communication for all marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance brand equity and recognition.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities, leveraging various media and platforms.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve campaign goals, providing timely and effective marketing communications insights as needed.
- Collaborate with sales, financial, and production departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and industry data to develop accurate market forecasts.
- Provide actionable insights based on market forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor competitor products and marketing activities; develop and drive sales enablement communication and collateral.
- Lead the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of campaign results and effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing operating budgets effectively to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Comply with quality management requirements such as ISO, Total Quality Management (TQM), 5S, Quality Process Planning (QPP), Poka Yoke, and other company implemented quality standards.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/finance/business administration, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Skilled in a variety of advertising methods, including digital, print, and social media marketing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
