The products that we distribute are currently sold in major e-groceries, e-commerce platforms, and retail stores in Singapore. Role Description This is an internship role for an Ecommerce Intern at GC Group Malaysia Office located in Bukit Indah Johor Bahru. As an Ecommerce Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and execution of e-commerce operations. This includes supporting the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, managing product listings, monitoring and optimizing website performance, and assisting with customer service and order fulfillment. This is an on-site role. Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus
- Experience with customer service is a plus
